Eaton Presents Latest Filtration Solutions at Pumps and Valves 2016
TINTON FALLS, N.J. April 4, 2016 – Power management company Eaton will showcase its latest generation of filtration solutions at the Pumps and Valves trade show in Antwerp, Belgium, April 20 – 21. Eaton will be located at booth C4068 in Hall 4.
Visitors to the booth will learn how Eaton’s portfolio of filtration products can increase efficiency and sustainability for various applications.
One of the highlights is Eaton’s MAX-LOAD™ pleated filter bag, which helps reduce maintenance, downtime and related costs while increasing operator safety by reducing the number of filter bag change-outs. This is due to the bag’s new pleated construction, which has four times more filter area than non-pleated bags. The new design significantly increases the dirt-holding capacity of the MAX-LOAD filter bag by up to ten times more than a similarly sized standard needle felt filter bag.
Also on display are the high-performance TOPLINE™ single bag filter housing with optimum sealing of the filter bags in demanding filtration applications and the high-volume MAXILINE™ multi-bag filter housing for processes that need frequent and safe filter bag change-outs.
Eaton’s range of automatic self-cleaning filters dramatically reduces product loss, requires minimal operator intervention and improves flow consistency. The Mechanically Cleaned Filters (MCF) feature the fastest cleaning action of the mechanically cleaned family. The Mechanically Cleaned Filter DCF-series operates at a consistently low differential pressure and delivers simple, reliable operation in which a low initial investment is a key driving factor.
In addition, Eaton is presenting filtration systems and housings for its ranges of filter sheets, stacked disc cartridges and filter cartridges.
Another highlight on the booth is Eaton’s hydraulic and lubrication oil product line, which includes filters, filter elements and contamination control systems for a process’s hydraulic system.
