Natuzzi Re-Vive Adds New Styles, Leathers, Fabrics and Retail Tools
HIGH POINT, N.C., Oct. 18, 2014 — Natuzzi Re-Vive, the world’s first performance recliner collection, expands dramatically, unveiling new styles, leathers, fabrics and a retail display system at the High Point Market. All styles also are now available to all dealers and designers.
Re-Vive made its debut a year ago with four recliner styles designed to adjust and react intuitively and fluidly to the body’s movements. Because of its exquisite design and unprecedented comfort, Re-Vive met with resounding success, garnering stellar sales and numerous awards.
“Besides offering three additional styles to all dealers and designers, we are going from one leather to five, each in multiple color options. We also are adding three fabric groups, which takes Re-Vive in a whole new direction,” says Jake Heckenlaible, brand manager for Natuzzi Re-Vive.
While not all of the leathers and fabrics are new to Natuzzi, they are new to Re-Vive. “We are greatly expanding the breadth of the collection,” Heckenlaible says.
“In particular, we are excited about the introduction of natural leathers into the Re-Vive program. With the addition of natural leather, a very modern chair takes on a more relaxed, traditional attitude. It gives Re-Vive another competitive advantage and allows us to feature what we do best – premium-quality Italian leather.”
Heckenlaible adds that the three new fabric collections being added to the Re-Vive line — a microfiber, a woven and a bouclé — “open the door to even more design options. We’re offering a variety of fashionable fabrics with colors, textures and sheens designed for today’s lifestyles.”
The Re-Vive recliners now available to all dealers include:
- Club — an updated classic with a smart stitching treatment that mimics a button-tufted back
- Lounge — a modern look with horizontal stitching detail throughout the back and seats
- Suit — with a casual attitude and simple bustle back.
That brings the number of recliners in the Re-Vive line to seven, each available in two sizes with an ottoman.
Natuzzi’s new display system, also being introduced at Market, will allow retailers to showcase 12 to 24 recliners in an 800-1,000 square-foot area. The display system includes new elements that allow dealers to expand their Re-Vive selection and take advantage of Natuzzi’s new natural leather offerings and fabric options.
“We’re thrilled with the outstanding reaction to Re-Vive – from both retailers and consumers – since its inception,” Heckenlaible says. “We have no doubt that demand for this innovative collection will continue to grow.”
